Thank you for choosing MeowWu Store. To ensure every cat parent enjoys a high-quality shopping experience, please read the following terms carefully before placing an order. Completing payment at our store signifies your agreement to and acceptance of the following policy:

I. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • Order Establishment: Once payment is confirmed, the order will proceed to the subsequent purchasing and logistics process. Our store does not offer refund services.
  • Change Restrictions: We do not accept requests for cancellation, refund, or style change after an order has been placed for any personal reasons (e.g., accidental purchase, not meeting expectations).

II. Characteristics of Handmade Products and Exchange Standards

Many products in our store (e.g., Ionian column pet bowls, stone-textured products, handmade felt, etc.) are handcrafted by designers or artisans, possessing unique artistic value.

  • Handmade Feature Disclaimer: Handmade products may exhibit slight manual traces, uneven texture distribution, tiny pores, variations in color depth, or size discrepancies of 1-3cm during the production process. The aforementioned conditions are considered normal within the scope of craftsmanship and are not regarded as product defects. Requests for returns or exchanges based on these reasons will not be accepted.

  • Damage Acceptance Standard: We only accept exchange requests for** "structural damage" (e.g., breakage, fracture, inability to function properly) or "severe misdelivery"**.

III. After-Sales Application Process

If the item you received has structural damage, please follow this process:

  1. Application Period: Please contact our customer service within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  2. Required Credentials: Please provide your "order number," "clear photos or videos of the damage," and "proof of purchase."
  3. Complete Condition: The product for exchange must be in new, unused condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and instruction manuals.
  4. If complete credentials cannot be provided, the product has been used, or the outer box is damaged, exchange applications will not be processed.

IV. Non-Exchange Commitment Scope

Due to hygiene and operational cost considerations, the following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Subjective Preference: We do not accept return or exchange requests based on personal or pet preferences (e.g., color not meeting expectations, cat not liking it).
  • Natural Wear and Tear: Cat scratching boards, scratching posts, and cat toys are consumable products, and their durability varies from cat to cat. We do not offer compensation or exchanges for "wear and tear faster than expected."

V. Other Notes

  • Physical Product Standard: Website images are for reference only. Due to shooting lighting or display color differences, the actual product shall prevail.
  • Out-of-Stock Handling: If the product to be exchanged is discontinued or out of stock, customers may exchange it for another product of equivalent value from the store.
